A Cut Above Exteriors has a reputation second to none. We are often told that we could not have a better name than "A Cut Above" because we truly live up to our namesake. There are several reasons we have a great reputation. Many are obvious, such as exceptional customer service, customer satisfaction, integrity, professionalism, quality, and value. However, in addition to these qualities we feel that one of the main reasons we have a great reputation is because we truly believe that "The Customer is Always Right." This is not a new idea, but we find that customer service is at an all-time low in most industries. Very few companies believe and live by this simple principle.
We have served over 2,000 customers and we have never been sued by anyone nor have we had to sue anyone. This is an amazing statistic considering the industry in which we do business.
