Dear A Cut Above,
I just have to write and commend you for having such a great crew working with your customers. It is a rare day that good communication is accomplished and all of your personnel were very professional.
It started with a call to my son -in-law to find out the siding product used on their new Arbor View home. With the Alside name in hand, I phone the Tualatin warehouse, drove there and was introduced to samples and colors. I asked for recommendations of contractors and was given three companies from which I selected A Cut Above and Randy Dorsing.
Randy was prompt, courteous and thorough in his presentation. It was my third company bid, I might add. I stated right up front that communication is most important to me in doing business and that was commendable on Randy's part. I never wondered what was next, Randy told me what and when.
I was soon introduced to Mike, Blake, Kevin, Travis and Erick Johnson and crew to do the job. Last, but by no means least, Narda, for the final contact and all were excellent with their service attitudes.
All in all, a job well done. My neighbors are all looking and praising the project and I'm pleased to pass on compliments for your company as I feel it is a terrific job. I'm very happy with what has been an unfortunate LP siding experience.
